Wednesday Weigh-in

Following Dinnerland's lead:'s 9:45a.m., and I have 40 minutes of exercise in for today. :)

That is 40 minutes more than I have done in a couple weeks...gotta start somewhere.


  1. Good for you on the exercise and getting on the scale. I don't know why I haven't commented on any of your posts... I could have sworn I did!!

  2. PS: Thanks for getting in there with me!! I am a bit apprehensive about my Wednesday weigh in- but it is all feedback... and adjusting approach if I don't lose weight.
